Stayed in airy and en suite room with super shower.

The location was incredibly comfortable and excellent, within walking distance of Racecourse Kaikoura. There were comfortable beds and coffee, a TV set, and a kitchenette area inside the room.

The spacious bathroom and wonderfully appointed and fashionable room. Location short walk to the sea which had delightful walking path into town, town centre and other facilities and deck with lounge chairs.

We didn't have time, so we also would definitely go again. Truly enjoyed Kaikoura, the hotel was extraordinary and amazing by Patrick overlooking the bay.

The bed with electric blankets was comfy and the room itself was beautifully maintained. The staff was brilliantly friendly and affable all the time. The location was lovely, close to delightful walking path into town, seal colony, town centre and scenic lookout and the sea and mountains and easily accessible.

The hotel provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The room was beautifully furnished and had a cozy sitting area where I could relax and unwind. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable experience. They even provided a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, including gluten-free choices for those with dietary restrictions. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and attention to detail at this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at a magical spot with a warm welcome. The accommodation was beautifully furnished and had its own entrance and patio. The hosts, Patrick and Mary, were friendly and informative, recommending great trips in the area. The views from the lookout point were spectacular and we enjoyed a fantastic boat trip to spot whales, dolphins, and fur seals. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this bed & breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the ocean and alps. The hosts were wonderful, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts in good company, and even got to experience a ride in their internal lift. The property itself is stunning, with well-maintained gardens and all the amenities you could ask for. Highly recommend!
